A qualified walkthrough means: the contact is the decision-maker (owner, facilities manager, or operations director), the facility is commercial and at least 5,000 sqft, we know their current cleaning arrangement, the walkthrough is scheduled within 14 days, the prospect SMS-confirmed they'll be there, and the appointment is on your calendar with location and contact details. If any of that doesn't hold up, we replace the walkthrough free within 30 days.
Onboarding takes about 15 minutes -- you give us your service area, your sweet-spot facility type, and your calendar link. We build the list and start dialing within 48 hours. The first walkthrough usually lands on your calendar within 5 to 10 days. A 25-pack typically delivers over 4 to 8 weeks depending on list density in your metro.
We work with a maximum of 3 commercial cleaners per metro. Once those slots are filled, we close the metro to new clients -- your competitors literally cannot buy CleanSet for that area.
